Data Analyst, CRM job description

Fieldpiece Instruments is hiring a CRM Analyst to play a critical role in designing and implementing our CRM solution to create a unified, cross-channel/platform view of our customer and grow customer engagement, loyalty, and retention. You’ll lead the MS Dynamics CRM & MS Click Dimensions Campaign Builder initiatives to build, optimize, improve, and maintain an integrated solution that combines customer data from a variety of sources/platforms. You’ll design and implement an efficient, cohesive solution with your expertise in technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and all related policies and procedures.

You’ll manage end-to-end CRM email marketing campaigns including audience segmentation and targeting, set-up, deployment, reporting and ongoing testing and optimization. You’ll support Sales and Marketing with quantitative analysis and data-driven insights.

Data Analyst, CRM job requirements

The ideal candidate is strategic and tactical with a deep understanding of CRM principles, data cleansing/sorting/transfer, and customer segmentation. You have good data-storytelling skills to provide actionable insights to sales, marketing, and product development. You have the technical chops to design and implement a cohesive CRM solution that brings together from a variety of sources. You're results-oriented, innovative, and passionate about delivering personalized experiences that build engagement, loyalty, and long-term customer relationships.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, marketing, mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis and marketing with a focus on CRM and marketing automation platform optimization and database management. MS Dynamics and ClickDimensions preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, customer segmentation mechanisms, and their impact on customer engagement, conversion, and loyalty.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM principles, strategies, and best practices, with a focus on customer segmentation and personalization.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and marketing strategies. Ability to use SQL and other tools to collect, clean, transform, manipulate, and analyze customer attribute data.
  • Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, campaign optimization, and test-and-learn methodologies.

The California base annual salary range for this role is currently $105,000 to $116,000 plus bonus. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
