Data Analyst job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to be the first in this role at Mochi Health. This is an incredible opportunity to play a key part in our data-driven decision-making processes and make a meaningful impact on our growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, with proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of data science principles.

What You'll Do:
Analyze data to discover patterns, trends, and opportunities for enhancing customer engagement and reducing churn
Develop and implement algorithms for data analysis, focusing on balancing, churn prediction, and more
Provide actionable insights into customer behavior, including churn analysis to identify if issues are product-based or cost-related
Collaborate with the marketing team to create data-driven strategies that boost customer acquisition and retention
Make recommendations to improve data collection processes and ensure data integrity
Utilize data to inform decision-making processes in product development, marketing, and other critical business areas
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across different teams
Design data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights

Data Analyst job requirements

Who You Are:
A Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 1-2 years of experience in Data Analytics
Skilled in Python, SQL, and experience in data analytics and data science techniques
Proven capability to make data-driven decisions and effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experienced in churn analysis and customer segmentation
Knowledgeable about pricing strategies and customer acquisition cost (CAC) analysis
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for recognizing patterns and predicting trends based on data
Excellent communication skills, coupled with a team-oriented approach
