Job Description & Responsibilities
This position can be remote in the United States or hybrid in Chicago, IL or Boston, MA.
We're looking for a Data Analyst who will work on the Engineering team to provide data and analysis to ensure that we make data-driven decisions.
What You'll Do:
- Work hands-on with data capture, data extraction, analysis, reporting, and visualization to drive data-driven decision-making
- Perform ad-hoc tasks/reporting/analyses ensuring data integrity and validity of reporting
- Develop and manage analytics and BI solutions for the organization
- Build and manage data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) and have a very strong knowledge of SQL.
- Partner with stakeholders to resolve key data issues involving the quality and consistency of data for analytical purposes
- Collaborate with Product Management, Customer Success, and other teams to deliver reports and insights for business functions and key performance metrics
- Enhance the organization's capabilities for self-service data and analytics
Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- 2–5 years of progressive experience in a report writing, data analysis, or business intelligence analysis role
- Experience one or more data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) and have a strong knowledge of SQL.
- Demonstrated a combination of business acumen, aptitude, and interest in working with technology, and storytelling to harness value and impact of insights
- Accuracy and attention to detail; critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills using a methodical and logical approach

- You have a strong inclination to work in rapidly developing and expanding organizations and possess the necessary background to do so. You are well-acquainted with the fast-paced, high-volume, and uncertain nature of operations in the organization, and perceive it as a chance to deliver significant outcomes
- Previous experience working with drug claims data and the healthcare industry preferred

Expected Salary Range: $100k-$120k base + bonus
