Job Description & Responsibilities
Quimbee team members must be masters at what they do. Whether you are a brilliant legal writer, product leader, or subject-matter expert we look for the top 1%. As a data analyst, your role will involve delivering insights derived from data that can be turned into actionable recommendations, and contributing to the analytics strategy and vision for our marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Create campaign benchmarks, enhance the technology stack, and create comprehensive reports that inform business and marketing strategy
- Ensure performance data is properly measured and analyzed to gauge effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and tests
- Track campaign effectiveness through BI tools and analytics to provide actionable insights
- Develop new approaches to grow and engage our user base through data driven optimization
- Evaluate organizational methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for datasets
- Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data
- Communicate key findings, analyze performance trends, and provide recommendations
- Participate in the analysis of Quimbee's current processes; support identification of areas where there are inefficiencies and design optimized solutions
- Provide appropriate parties, including senior leadership, with timely, accurate, insightful analyses on digital sales & digital marketing programs (growth strategies, marketing campaigns, customer lifecycle activations)
- Other ad-hoc analyses upon request

Minimum qualifications
- 5+ years experience in data analytics.
- 3+ years of experience in direct to consumer marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, or related field
- Proficiency with data visualization tools for data analysis, insight synthesis and presentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner
- Strong SQL or Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in subscription marketing.
- Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques

Benefits
- Salary. The salary range for this role is $100,000-$125,000, commensurate with experience.
