Job Description & Responsibilities
General Description: Work closely with Corporate Executives and Program and Wholesale Business to effectively understand data to help make decisions impacting our business. Will be mentored by several of our team. Involved in building out a foundation of data and analytical tools to drive business results.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Corporate Executive and Programs and Wholesale Business.
- Assist in the design of the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
- Support data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
- Support quality assurance of data including working with business users to ensure validity.
- Design reporting datasets and dashboards within Corporate reporting environment.
- Review data to identify opportunities for improvements and revenue growth.
- Communicate and present findings to Programs and Wholesale executive team.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree required. Concentration in computer science or data science preferred.
- 1-3 years experience in a data management or analytical role. Financial services, corporate strategy, or consulting preferred.
- Strong technical capabilities including advanced Excel. MS SQL / Analysis Services scripting, and business intelligence dashboard modeling (PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platform).
- Exceptionally strong analytical ability, communication skills, and work ethic.
- Comfortable working with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Limited domestic travel
What we offer
Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000
This is a bonus-eligible position with a target incentive of 10%
