Job Description & Responsibilities
This position is based on-site in the Greater Seattle Area.
Sono Bello® is a data-driven leader in the cosmetic surgery industry, focused on optimizing experiences that change lives, with over 80+ locations nationwide. We're looking for a Data Analyst who will focus on optimizing capacity across our marketing, sales, and surgical teams. This role will be key in aligning resources to improve efficiency and maximize performance throughout the lead-to-sale and surgical process. A critical element of this role involves delivering clear, actionable insights and reports to executives, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex data in a simple and impactful way. The ideal candidate is driven by data, efficiency, and collaboration, with a strong desire to grow into a leadership position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Lead and manage initiatives aimed at optimizing the collaboration and efficiency of marketing, sales, and surgical teams, improving overall capacity and conversion rates.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies that drive business performance.
- Apply advanced analytical techniques, including Machine Learning and Statistical Modeling, to provide teams with insights that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Use SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze data, supporting teams with accurate and timely information for data-driven decisions.
- Design and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that track team performance metrics, providing clear visual insights to guide team improvements.
- Investigate team performance issues or process bottlenecks, offering data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and reduce customer attrition.
- Create and deliver clear, impactful presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate data findings and strategic recommendations to executives and team leaders.
Requirements
EDUCATION, EXPEREINCE AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related role, with a focus on supporting cross-functional teams.
- Proven expertise in SQL and Python for data manipulation, extraction, and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, especially Tableau, to effectively present insights and performance metrics.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for analyzing data and creating clear, compelling presentations for stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and drive projects independently while collaborating across teams to achieve business objectives.
- A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for continuous learning, innovation, and driving positive change within teams
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
We have a hybrid workplace; the Data Analyst will be expected to be in person at our Kirkland WA office at least 3 days a week.

COMPENSATION:
At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $73,000 - $92,000 depending on experience.
