Job Description & Responsibilities
Work with Revenue Cycle Team to identify opportunities for improvement. Create reports to help team to improve efficiency and strategies. Collect data, such as cash receipts, Accounts Receivable Aging, and track adjustments to report and research variances.

- Present information in various ways for visualization and action
- Monitor KPIs to measure effectiveness of business
- Structure large data sets to find usable information
- Create presentations for use with teams and leadership
- Perform Audits
- Identify areas of risk
- Cause and effect analysis of on-going issues and work with team for resolution
- Performs other tasks as assigned
- Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
- Data Analyst should have skills and qualifications that help solve problems using large amounts of data
Requirements
Qualifications
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with statistical software
- Reporting and data visualization skills using software like Tableau
- Understand data warehousing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to set and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to QA and troubleshoot data
- Interprets results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining
