Job Description & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in leveraging data from SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace to generate valuable insights and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing business automation processes, documenting processes and workflows, and organizing data, including document management. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, process automation, and documentation will be instrumental in optimizing our business processes and supporting our growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources, including SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain Power BI data models and visualizations that provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process automation and optimization.
- Design and implement data driven KPIs and metrics to measure performance and monitor progress towards organizational goals.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in Power BI and data analytics to recommend and implement best practices for data visualization and reporting.
- Ensure data security and compliance by adhering to data governance policies and procedures.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with expertise in Power BI and data analysis tools.
- Strong proficiency in creating visually appealing and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Solid understanding of SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace, with experience extracting and analyzing data from these systems.
- Proficient in data modeling, data manipulation, and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Continuous learning mindset with a keen interest in staying up to date with the latest advancements in data analytics and visualization.

Salary: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
