What We Need:
The Finance team provides strategic direction for optimizing profits revenue through revenue/costs optimization, enables data driven decision making, and creates tools and processes to help various stakeholders work more effectively. This position reports to the Podcast Finance Director.
What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Revenue Analysis: provide analytical support to iHeartMedia leadership, proactively identifying issues and developing data-driven answers.
- Business Reports, Solutions & Tools: create Excel/SQL/Tableau reports & tools to help evaluate business performance, implement initiatives, and improve operations.
- Processes: develop processes to streamline and optimize operations workflows
- Support diverse teams on data analysis.
- AdHoc projects.
Requirements
What You'll Need:
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL and Tableu or Power BI.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail
- Intellectual curiosity with a goal of continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently or with diverse team members.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Work Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in analytical roles.
- Experience wrangling large data sets a plus.
Education
Bachelor's degree with strong academic record
