Data Analyst job description

As the Enterprise Data Analyst, you will be an integral part of our data team, providing insights that drive customer success and business growth. This role involves analyzing data, developing dashboards and collaborating with various teams to translate data into actionable insights. If you have a passion for data, enjoy solving problems and are looking to grow your skills in a dynamic healthcare technology environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customer success, product and clinical teams to support Vida Health’s growth with new and existing customers
  • Define metrics, analyze trends and create visualizations to communicate health outcomes and drive cost efficiency
  • Develop dashboards, reports and documentation to help teams make data-driven decisions
  • Meet with customers to support the launch and ongoing use of data and reporting products like business reviews, data exchange and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with other analysts, data scientists, engineers and clinical researchers to ensure data quality and analytical rigor
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives that impact both business strategy and the technology roadmap
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful data products
Data Analyst job requirements

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a data analytics role or similar field
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or related)
  • Proficiency with SQL and familiarity with Python or R.- ability to write clean, maintainable code for data analysis
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to connect the dots across different business areas to enhance Vida’s value
  • Experience creating compelling data visualizations to tell stories and influence decisions
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams, communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset, with experience managing projects and delivering high-quality results
  • Interest in learning new platforms, tools and innovations in data analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in a startup or fast-growing company
  • Healthcare experience
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, Looker, dbt, or other business intelligence tools
