Job Description & Responsibilities
Nymbl Science is seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst to enhance our mission-driven tech improving older adults' mobility. The ideal candidate will drive our data analytics function, support product insights, and deliver valuable reports to our customers. This position is a hybrid working role 2-3 times a week in the office. We are located in Denver, CO.
Job Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Interpretation
- Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights including claims data and usage/engagement data.
- Interpret data to assess the clinical value of Nymbl including but not limited to ROI calculations and dose-response calculations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of clinical interventions based on user utilization and outcomes.
- Identify areas for product improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Leverage Machine learning as appropriate
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product performance.
- Work closely with a clinical advisor and CMO to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in healthcare data analytics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in data management and analysis.
- Participate in developing and implementing new data-driven initiatives to enhance Nymbl products.
- Effectively communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, data science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis, preferably in a digital health setting
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards, terminologies, and regulations
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python) and data visualization software (e.g., Sigma, Snowflake)
- Experience with statistical analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with fall prevention strategies and clinical protocols is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative field
- Experience working with health plans and health systems
- Familiarity with healthcare industry best practices and regulations
