Job Description & Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Data Analyst III to join our Data Analytics team. This individual will work closely with data engineers and clinical leaders to produce deliverables for internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL, and expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
What You'll Do:
- Provide analytical support to internal and external stakeholders, particularly for claims and operational data.
- Contribute to the measurement and evaluation of cost savings and improved health outcomes.
- Convert complex data from multiple sources into meaningful, professional insights in easy-to-understand formats for various audiences.
- Generate insights from data analyses on healthcare quality reporting and cost.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau to communicate key metrics and trends effectively.
- Collaborate with fellow Data Analysts on best practices for data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required in healthcare, analytics, statistics, finance, or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in data analytics
- Ability to independently pursue and develop solutions to complex problems
- Experience with SQL and other similar relational databases
- Proficient in Excel
- Familiarity with business intelligence exploratory or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
- Ability to manipulate and analyze data to produce accurate results and tell a story of those results in data visualizations, dashboards, and reports
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position is remotely based in the U.S.
- The total compensation target pay range for this role is: $70,000 - $80,000. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
