Job Description & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Data Analyst to join our dynamic Network Operations Center team. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive informed business decisions. This role is perfect for someone who is analytical, enjoys problem-solving, and has a keen interest in working with data.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection and Management:
- Gather and compile data from various sources to support business objectives.
- Maintain and update databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Data Analysis:
- Perform data analysis using statistical techniques and tools.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data sets to support decision-making.
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively.
Reporting:
- Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards for various stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management and other departments.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements.
- Provide analytical support to different departments as needed.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by performing regular quality checks.
- Identify and rectify data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar helpful
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with big data technologies and tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and applications.
- Familiarity with database management systems (DBMS).

Starting salary for this position is expected between $44,300-55,000 a year and will depend on experience.
